Thermal Characteristics of (Cat+)2[WSe4] Complexes |
초록 |
Transition metal dichalcogenides have been widely studied for various applications such as future electronic materials and various catalysts. Potassium salt of [WSe4] was synthesized by the modified reaction of W(CO)6 with K2Se3. Potassium cation could be easily exchanged with tetraphenyl phosphonium (Ph4P+), cetyltrimethyl ammonium (Cta+), tetraethyl ammonium (Et4N+) cations. Thermal behaviors and solubility of [WSe4]2- complexes with different cations have been carried out for the facile formation of WSe2 through solution process. |
