제목 Preparation of polymer-derived conductive carbon thin films by high energy ion irradiation and pyrolysis
초록  In this research, a simple method for the preparation of conductive carbon thin films through high energy ion irradiation and pyrolysis of polymer thin films was studied. Polymer thin films were irradiated with high energy ions under various conditions, and subsequently pyrolyzed at a higher temperature under an inert atmosphere to form carbonized thin films. The results revealed that graphitic carbon thin films were successfully generated and their sheet resistance and transmittance were dependent on the fluence and their thickness.
