제목 | Enhanced Physical Properties of Optically Clear Resin with Urethane acrylate Group |
초록 | A strong demand and attraction for development of PSA in optical clear films is more increasing with the development of liquid crystal displays (LCDs). Particularly, PSA can be peeled from the substrate without defect, which will allow the reworking of expensive films that make up the various displays if a defect is happened. PSA should possess optically clear before they can be used in optical films. First, the PSA should be optically clear, and should have a high refractive index that can prevent light reflection as a result of the difference in the refractive index between the films and the adhesive. This property can be achieved through the use of the optically clear acrylic based compound with a high refractive index monomer were used as solvents. Also, it should have high thermal stability. In this study, we investigated in an effort to enhance the optical properties, thermal stability, and mechanical properties of urethane-acrylated adhesive for the various applications in the fields of LCDs. |
