Characterization and synthesis of the N-carboxymethyl chitosan |
| 초록 |
N-Carboxymethyl chitosan(O-CMCh) of biocompatible derivatives of chitosan was prepared by chemical reaction with glyoxylic acid on low molecular weight water soluble chitosan(LMWSC) of C2 position -NH2 group to apply as cationic drug carrier such as adriamycin. The substitution of carboxymethyl groups on 2-N can be determined by 1H-NMR. Degree of substitution (DS) and degree of deacetylation(DDA) of N-CMCh were 89% and 96% respectively. The structure were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, DEPT. |
