제목 Synthesis and Properties of Poly(naphthodithiophene) Derivative for Field Effect Transistors and Photovoltaic Cells
초록 Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and Polymeric solar cells (PSCs) have attracted wide attention due to their potential use in low-cost, lightweight and flexible electronic devices. At present, due to the good performance of conducting polythiophenes, extensive efforts have targeted new thiophene architectures. So, in this study, we designed a new p-type thiophene based copolymer PNDT and PNDTT containing alkoxy group with polycyclic aromatics based thiophene unit to enhance π-conjugation. PNDT and PNDTT was synthesized by Yamamoto coupling reaction and Stille coupling reaction with high overall yields, respectively. The obtained PNDT and PNDTT polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR, UV-absorption, photoluminescence (PL), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and cyclicvoltammetry (CV) studies. The detailed optical, OTFT and PSCs device characterizations will be discussed in detail.
