제목 폴리프로필렌 비드 발포체 제조에서의 첨가제 영향 연구
초록 Polypropylene bead foam(Expanded polypropylene, EPP) is lightweight material, although it has good energy adsorption, elasticity, thermal insulation, durability, chemical resistance properties. It is also nontoxic and recyclable eco-friendly foaming material, so it is used for automotive parts and packaging material for expensive goods or electric parts. Properties of bead foam material are determined by shape and distribution of the cells inside the bead. Expansion temperature and pressure are the main influence on these properties, but additives for polypropylene also effect on that. In this research, the effects of the additive type and amount, and moldability of that beads will be introduced.
