In this work, the hydrogenated TiO2/N-doped graphene composites were synthesized by sol-gel method, followed by calcination under H2/Ar atmosphere. It was confirmed that hydrogenated TiO2/N-doped graphene composites were successfully fabricated onto graphenes as shown in X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. The morphological information was determined by scanning electron spectroscopy (SEM) and crystalline structure was obtained by X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. Improved specific surface area, total pore volume were also found from N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The hydrogenated TiO2/N-doped graphene composites exhibited better photocatalytic performances on rhodamine B than pristine TiO2. |
