제목 Enhanced Osteoblast Behaviors on PLCL/Collagen Nanofibrous Matrices Incorporated with MXene Nanosheets
초록 MXene is one of the most emerging two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials, has drawn increasing attention due to its unique physicochemical properties. Herein, the osteogenic potential of MXene nanosheets was explored and then they were fabricated into electrospun poly(L-lactide-co- ε-caprolactone)/collagen/MXene (PLCL/Col/MXene) nanofiber matrices to further investigate their synergistic effect for bone tissue engineering (BTE) scaffolds. It was found that PLCL/Col/MXene nanofiber matrices were shown to promote spontaneous osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 preosteoblasts without hampering cell growth. These results indicate that the PLCL/Col/MXene nanofiber matrices possess excellent biocompatibility and effective osteogenic activity. In conclusion, it is suggested that the PLCL/Col/MXene nanofiber matrices can be promising candidates as novel scaffolds for BTE.
