The color filter(C/F) of LCD components plays part on the showing full-color, which carried out photolithography method by photo-polymer included with dispersion pigment such as mill-base. Recently, as the properties ofC/F have changed on the terms of selective color, high contrast ratio, the impression of a color and operating cost of the manufacturing C/F, these demands forC/F introduce new process as ink jet and soluble dye instead of dispersion pigment. We have performed theC/F materials as dye type red, green, blue ink for ink jet process.The materials for ink jet process matched the standard properties such as color characteristic, heat, UV, and solvent resistance used by photolithography method. Ink jet processing ability was confirmed from color ink properties. |
