Production of Bioethanol using Fruit Peels |

Pretreatment of bioethanol production is an important role that converts from cellulose to glucose. In pretreatment, there are acidic treatment, enzymatic saccharification process. The aim of this study the fruit peels such as apples, tangerines, watermelons were selected and analyzed their conversion properties to bioethanol. The acidic treatments using 5~25wt% ofsulfuric acidwere performed at 100℃ for 30~120 min and the enzymatic saccharification using Spirizyme(60℃ for 30~240min), Viscozyme(55℃ for 30~240min) and Lactozym(30℃ for 30~240min) were performed. Also, 30wt% of yeast was used for the fermentation at 30℃ for 48hours. |
