Synthesis of Environment friendly Plasticizer for Synthetic Rubber |
| 초록 |
This study have developed environment friendly plasticizer as PGEH(polyethyleneglycol di 2-ethylhexoate) which composition has no structure of environment hormone trigger material (phthalates, adipates, trimellitates etc). Environment friendly Plasticizer PGEH(polyethyleneglycol di 2-ethylhexoate) were synthesized from polyethylene glycol (IC chem) and 2-ethylhexanol (sigma aldrich) in the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid and hypophosphoric acid as catalyst at 200℃. PGEH(polyethyleneglycol di 2-ethylhexoate) was obtained with 98% conversion. |
