제목 Effects of Partial Substitution of Mg for Sr in SrFeO3-y Perovskite system
초록 Perovskite type samples of the Sr1-χMgχFeO3-ysystem(x=0.0(SMF-0), 0.1(SMF-1), 0.2(SMF-2) and 0.3(SMF-3)) were synthesized in air at 1473K. All the samples were confirmed to have cubic symmetries(a=3.866Å for SMF-0(Sr1-χMgχFeO3-y )) and their lattice volumes decreased steadily from 57.8Å3 to 55.8Å3 with x values on account of both formation of oxygen deficiency and partial substitution of smaller ions(Mg) at Sr sites. The nonstoichiometric chemical formulas were determined by mohr salt titration. With x values the amounts of Fe4+(τ-Value) were decreased and the oxygen nonstoichiometry values(y) were increased. TG/DTA experiment showed that all the four samples started to lose their oxygen around 673-723K and showed almost reversible oxygen gaining when cooled to room temperature.
