CNT have shown remarkable electrical, optical, chemical and mechanical properties. However, owing to the rigidity, chemical inertness, and strong π-π interactions of nanotubes, pure CNTs cannot be processed, as they are difficult to dissolve or disperse in common organic solvents or polymeric matrices. In this work, we fabricated CNT thin films by inserting method conducting polymers using vapor phase polymerization in CNT network. The conductive polymer was filled as a matrix material between the CNT networks by self-organization of the monomer, and finally CNT-ICP nanocomposite films are obtained. The conductivity of CNT-ICP nanocomposite films are largely increased than that of CNT itself. The mechanism was presented by FT-IR and the characterization of the composite film was established by TEM, XRD, TGA, and IR/Raman spectroscopic analysis. |
