Planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells with superior reproducibility |
초록 |
In the past two years, organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) have rocketed to very promising energy source with excellent properties as photovoltaic material. By utilizing these properties, high-performance perovskite-based cells have been reported by several groups to be depositing perovskite materials onto a mesostructured TiO2 scaffold acting as the electron transport layer or fabricating planar heterojunction (PHJ) architectured PeSCs. In case of PHJ PeSCs, it should be necessary to control of film morphology homogeneously due to preventing small and large pin holes which can be a shunt path. In this work, we introduced additive system which can solve the inhomogeneous morphology problems of perovskite films and achieve fully-covered and highly-smooth film morphology. |
