제목 | Synthesis of Nitrogen-Doped Graphene Quantum Dots |
초록 | Graphene quantum dots, called as GQDs, have attracted a lot of attention as a new fluorescent material. Due to the low toxicity, stable photoluminescence, high photostability and biocompatibility, GQDs have great potential for many applications such as light emitting diodes, solar cells and bioimaging. Doping is an effective method for modulating the electronic structure of GQDs. By introducing nitrogen atom into the core of GQDs, doping can enhance the optical properties of GQDs. |
