제목 Synthsis of CdS nanocomposite using several generation's dendrimer
초록 This paper describes the preparation of dendrimer-encapsulated CdS quantum dots and their characterization. Synthesis of CdS quantum dots were prepared by ionic reduction method. The G4 dendrimer-encapsulated CdS quantum dots have a weak broad emission ranging from 350 to 550nm. Moreover, CdS quantum dots were appeared green or blue color to apply dendrimer for generations. The optical properties and photoluminescence was confirmed by UV-Vis, UV-transiluminator and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The substrate was glass on which APTMS(aminepropyltrimethoxysilane), glutaraldehyde and G4-CdS attahed in regular sequence. It was analyzed contact angle and AFM.
