제목 Characterizations of P3HT/PCBM blended film fabricated by VDP method
초록 P3HT and PCBM blend have revealed that perform high power efficiency of organic photovoltaics (OPVs) as the donor and acceptor, respectively. The efficiency is related that these constituents mix homogeneously in blend solutions. In this work, we fabricated P3HT/PCBM blended thin film by using vapor deposition polymerization (VDP) method. The P3HT semiconducting polymer having highly regioregularity as a donor material was filled between the PCBM particles by self-organization of the monomer of P3HT, and finally P3HT/PCBM blended thin films having good miscibility and uniformity are obtained. The structural characteristic of these films have analyzed through the spectroscopic analysis, and studied for the OPV application.
