Flexible zeolite nanofibers with high surface area and high strength based on core-shell nanofiber structures |
초록 |
In this study, flexible zeolite nanofibers were prepared by an electrospinning method, and the as-spun nanofibers were partially surface etched by various ethanol contents. Zeolite particles were embedded in the core-shell nanofiber structure of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)/polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), and began to be exposed by partial wet etching of the shell PVP polymer. The specific surface area increased significantly by exposing the zeolite on the surface, and at the same time flexibility and strength were maintained by the existing PVDF polymer skeleton. The morphology of the flexible zeolite nanofiber was observed by FE-SEM and FE-TEM analysis, and the specific surface area was measured by N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm. |
