Thermal and mechanical properties of GAP/PCL based energetic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers |
초록 |
Energetic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (ETPEs) was synthesized in solution by two-step polymerization.Glycidyl azide polyol (GAP) and polycaprolactone (PCL) as soft segments and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and chain extender as hard segments were used. The effects of GAP/PCL molar ratio and hard segment contents on the thermal properties and elastic behaviors were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection spectroscopy and mechanical tests were employed to characterize the ETPEs. |
