In recent years, organic conjugated polymers, particularly those with electron donor and acceptor moieties on the backbones, have captured tremendous interest as semiconductor candidates for organic electronics and optoelectronics. Charge transport is an essential parameter capable of improving the semiconducting efficiencies in such applications. In this work, we have introduced carbazole or oxazole side chains on diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymers to investigate the effect of molecular photoinduced charge-transfer properties. We have observed that a photosensitive polymer can modulate charge accumulation by photoirradiation resulting in a threshold voltage shift in the polymer transistors. |
