제목 | Characterizatin of phosphatidyl choline liposome and its skin penetration properties |
초록 | Liposome plays an important role in delivering bioactive agents. In this study, the nano-sized liposomes were prepared using the phosphatidyl choline. To investigate the encapsulation into the liposome, the calcein was used as a model agent. The clacein-containing liposomes show the average diameter of 90 nm and 56% encapsulation efficiency. The multilamellar structure of liposome was confined using electron microscopy. Skin penetration from the liposomal carrier was also observed in permeation experiments with the calcein to rat mouse skin. In addition, hydrophilic polymer solution was coated on the surface of the liposome to improve the stability. From the results, we concluded that a nano-sized liposome system may have potential to deliver drug and other bioactive agents. Fig. 1. TEM morphologies of nano sized liposome References 1. E.
