Heterogenized proline catalyzed diethyl malonate addition: effect of supports |
| 초록 |
Proline performs as an useful organocatalyst for the asymmetric addition of malonates to a range of enones, with good to excellent enantioselectivities. We immobilized the proline onto mesoporous silica’s channel and the inter layer of layered double hydroxides (LDH). The catalytic properties of the organic inorganic hybrids were evaluated by asymmetric addition of malonate by cyclohexene-one. The enantioselectivities and activities could be improved by tuning the confinement effect based on the molecular design of the pore/surface and the catalysts according to the requirements of chiral reactions. |
