제목 Shape-controlled Synthesis of Hydrophilic/hydrophobic Surface Structure of Aluminum on Pyramid-texture Silicon Wafer
초록 A synthesis of hydrophilic/hydrophobic hierarchical micro- and nanostructured film on aluminum (Al) surface were investigated. The morphology and surface properties of Al on pyramid-texture silicon (Si) wafer were controlled via anodizing, pore-widening, heating or immersing in boiling water. The water contact angle was changed from 0o to 135o, which confirms that hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity was strongly affected by the surface geometry and post-modification. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, and water contact angle measurement are used to investigate the morphologies, microstructures and hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity of the micro- and nanostructured Al-based films on Si substrate.
