제목 Syntheses and Tribologycal Properties of Diacid Derivatives as Exteme Pressure Additives.
초록 Lead naphthenates as well as molybdenum dithiocarbamates (Mo-DTC) and zinc dialkyldithiophosphates (ZDDP) have been extensively used as lubricant additives on all sides. However, those contain heavy metals such as zinc, molybdenum and etc., which are not biodegadable and tend to accumulate in living organisms, causing various diseases and disorders. Because of environmental concern of those, chemicals without heavy metal moiety have been studied in order to replace conventional extreme pressure additives with heavey metal moety. Diacid derivatives with eco-friendly structure have been synthesized and 4-ball wear test of those was carried out.
