Electrodeposition of manganese oxide by using pulse current |
| 초록 |
Nano particles of manganese oxide were prepared by using pulse current in 0.5M MnSO4H2O + 0.01M H2SO4 aqueous solution at a room temperature on surface of titanium plate(1×1㎤). The electrochemical and physical characteristics of prepared manganese oxide were investigated by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive x-ray spectroscope(EDS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscope(EIS). |
