제목 Radiation-based preparation of polymer-grafted reduced graphene oxide and its utilization as a HEL material for photovoltaic devices
초록 In this study, we investigated the preparation of polyacrylonirile-grafted reduced graphene oxide (PANrGO) via a scalable radiation-based technique and its use as a solution-processable hole-transporting layer (HTL) in photovoltaics (PVs). The PANrGO was obtained by γ-ray irradiation on styryl-fuctionalized GO and acrylonitrile solution in N,N'-dimethylformamide (DMF) and filtration. From the comparative analytic results, it is clearly verified that the excellent thin film properties of PANrGO overwhelmed those of conventional GO and rGOs. Moreover, incorporation of PANrGO as a HEL into PVs results in excellent device-efficiencies comparable to the PEDOT:PSS device durability superior to PEDOT:PSS-based ones with comparable power conversion efficiencies
