제목 Conductivity Enhancement of Water-dispersed Polyaniline/poly(4-styrenesulfonate) and Application into Flexible Organic Thin Film Transistor
초록 Conductivity of Water-dispersed Polyaniline/poly(4-styrenesulfanate) (PANI/PSS) has been enhanced by controlling molecular weight of PSS. The spin-coated PANI/PSS with high molecular weight PSS on transparent substrates exhibited increase of conductivity due to surface uniformity. The surface of PANI/PSS thin films were characterized by atomic force microscopy. In addition, flexible organic thin film transistor was prepared using conductivity enhanced PANI/PSS as an electrode and compared with gold electrode OTFT.
