Synthesis and Characterization of Polymer-Peptide Conjugates for transition metal abstraction |
초록 |
A new class of well-defined polymer-peptide graft copolymers was successfully synthesized by the combination of ring opening polymerization of N-benzyl-histidine-NCA and ATRP of MMA. This two-step synthetic route helps to introduce synthetic polymers into sequence-defined oligopeptides. Well-defined graft copolymers with controllable molecular weight and narrow polydispersity was obtained. The investigations reagarding the transition metal abstraction of this copolymer was carried out using UV-Vis spectroscopy. |
