CY-PPD polymers was synthesized by low temperature condensation polymerization of 2-cyano-1,4-phenylene diamine(cy-PPD) and Terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) in a polar organic solvent such as dimethylacetamide(DMAc). Also, Li2CO3 was added to CY-PPD polymers to neutralize the HCl during polymerization. CY-PPD polymers was produced according to the ratio of the polymerization. After the liquid crystal dope was prepared, which fibrid was produced through a dry process part and Analyze the properties of the produced fibrid. |
