Dielectric Properties of PCB Embedded Capacitor with Novel Polymer Composite Formulations |
| 초록 |
The embedded capacitors requires the development of organic compatible dielectric materials with thermally stable high dielectric constants and low loss. The TCC of the nano composite was significantly influenced by the TCC of its constituents (polymer matrix and ceramic filler) and could be tailored by combining a positive TCC material with a negative TCC material. |
