제목 | Enhanced stability of perovskite quantum dots through TiO2capping |
초록 | Halide perovskite is emerging as highlyattractive semiconductors for use in optoelectronics. Especially, perovskitequantum dots(QDs) are candidate for next-generation of light-emitting diode(LED) due to high color purity, low non-radiative recombination rates, andtunable bandgap. However, perovskite QDs have difficult to commercializingowing to roll-off phenomenon, which was caused by narrow emission distribution,low adsorbed organic ligands. Here, to overcome these challenging, wefabricated TiO2-capped perovskite QDs thin film by UV treatment. TiO2are capped the same ligands, oleic acid (OA), as perovskite QDs, which are easyto remove through UV-light. Furthermore, TiO2 not only can act as ligandsbut retard QDs aggregation. Thus, this method is expected to reduce roll-offphenomenon in device. To investigate TiO2-capped perovskite QDs,crystal structure and film surface were analyzed by TEM and SEM and film stabilitywas measured by PL and PLQY. |
