제목 고순도 증류탑의 제어를 위한 단온도를 이용한 프로파일 위치 추정기
초록 A new, concise nonlinear profile position observer using tray temperatures insteadof tray compositions is proposed. Composition measurement has been one of the majordifficulties associated with the composition control of distillation columns because theon-line analyzers still suffer from large measurement delays, highinvestment/maintenance costs and low reliability.One of common alternatives to the analyzers is to use the secondary measurement suchas tray temperatures which is able to infer the tray compositions.The performance of the nonlinear control schemewhich consists of this nonlinear profileobserver and the model-based controller for profile position control of high-puritydistillation column proposed by Han and Park (1993) has been tested and compared withthat of Han and Park (1993) in simulation of high-purity distillation column.The results of this new control scheme is very similar to Han and Park’s (1993).The control scheme is insensitive to the noise of the temperature measurements and sosimple that it can be directly applicable to the real high-purity distillation columns.
