제목 Improved electrochemical performance through spontaneous reduction of graphene oxide and production of 3D Black phosphorus/Reduced graphene oxide through the addition of black phosphorus
초록 Black phosphorus has become promising lithium-ion battery anode material with its high theoretical capacity(2596mAh/g). However, it has intrinsic cycle stability issue
from the volume expansion of alloying mechanism. Herein, we synthesized phosphorene from bulk black phosphorus by the tip sonication and mixed it with the
graphene oxide. After 24 hours stirring and freeze drying, 3D BP/rGO was derived. This facile, easy method can make the increased capacity of phosphorene from
124.62 to 509.17mAh/g in 0.05A/g and 10.98% increased capacity retention after 200 cycles.
