Thermally conductive polymer composites replace metal parts, thanks to the polymer advantages such as easy processing, corrosion resistance and light weight etc. Crystallinity and orientation of the polymer composites strongly affect their thermal conductivity. Crystallinity and orientation controls such as thermal and solvent vapor annealing are investigated. The work expects improvement of the polymer composites such as PVDF/Graphite and PVDF/Graphene Oxide in thermal conductivity by controlling the crystallinity and orientaition. |
