To improve the stability of hydrophobic bioactive chemicals, we have investigated a SAM system. Especially, hydrophobic bioactive materials are easily decomposed or degraded by UV, oxygen and water. The bioactive chemicals may be captured in the core of SAM and protected against the external factors. A new types of natural polymer derivatives may bear amphiphilic property with hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties. Acylated natural polymer was characterized by FT-IR, NMR and elemental analysis. Nano-complex of bioactive compound and polymer derivatives was evaluated using particle analyser and fluorescence microscope. |
