제목 | Development of perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer manufacturing process |
초록 | Perfluorosulfonicacid ionomer (PFSA ionomer) manufacturing technology is an integrated technology of organic fluorine chemistry, including manufacturing and validation technology of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO), intermediate fluoric acid (-COF) compound, perfluorosulfonic acid monomer, fluorine-based initiator, and PFSA. A total of 9 steps necessary for PFSA commercialization were developed, including the basic raw material manufacturing process, FSVE monomer manufacturing process, and the polymerization process of PFSA ionomer. A manufacturing technology of FSVE monomer was developed as 10 kg/batch with a purity of 99.5+%. PFSA ionomer was produced as 300 g/batch and confirmed to have ion exchange capacity EW 800~1100 g/eq and the ion conductivity > 0.1S/cm. |
