Comb polymer conjugated liposomes to prolong the circulation time in serum : synthesis and characterization |
| 초록 |
The aim of this study is to prepare the stable liposome through the comb polymer conjugation on the surface of liposome. The comb polymer containing ≥40 wt % six unit PEO side chains was synthesized by free radical polymerization in methanol solution using AIBN as a initiator and 3-mercaptopropionic acid as a chain transfer at 80℃ for 2 hours. The conjugation effect of carboxylated comb polymer for amine group on the surface of liposome was evaluated by measuring the prevention of protein absorption and the size of comb polymer conjugated liposome was not changed in serum. In result, we prepared the stable liposome, which stability or circulation time was better than stealth liposome. |
