제목 | Wireless Biosensor Coated with Conductive Boronic Acid Polymer Dots for Selective Detection Bacteria |
초록 | We designed a wireless biosensor using conductive boronic acid polymer dots(B-PD) coated electrodes to detect bacteria. The boronic acid in B-PD binds tothe bacterial cell wall via diol-diolinteraction. The coated B-PD electrode provides high-sensitivity conductometricdetection with low LOD values of E. coli (100.8 CFU/mL) and S.aureus (101 CFU/mL) by observing changes in conductivity afterbacterial attachment. In addition, it is possible to check in real timedetection with a smartphone simply by using a bluetooth wireless sensor. Ourbiosensor has shown excellent performance in detecting bacteria in realenvironmental samples with good selectivity for bacteria even in the presenceof interfering compounds.
