A new type of P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojuncton solar cell was fabricated by using water soluble conjugated polymer (Poly(AHF-alt-PFN)) and positive (Cs+) and negative (F-, CO32-) charge ions doping. The device structures were indium tin oxide (ITO)/ PEDOT:PSS/ poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):PCBM/ poly[(9,9-bis(6-trimethylammonimhexyl)fluorene-alt-diphenylfumaronitrile)] (Poly(A -HF-alt-PFN)) / Al, ITO/ PEDOT:PSS/ P3HT:PCBM/ Poly(AHF-alt-PFN) + Cs+/ Al, ITO/ PEDOT:PSS/ P3HT:PCBM/ poly(AHF- alt-PFN) + F-/ Al, ITO/ PEDOT:PSS/ P3HT:PCBM/ Poly(AHF- alt-PFN) + CO32-/ Al. The device has short circuit current density(Jsc) of 6.40mA/cm2 and power conversion efficiency (η) of 1.006% without Poly(AHF-alt-PFN) layer. However, Jsc and η turn to be 6.27mA/cm2 and 1.482%, 7.00 mA/cm2 and 1.503%, 7.89 mA/cm2 and 2.002%, 8.94 mA/cm2 and 2.305%, respectively. |
