Elimination of humic acids in soil with zinc oxide/graphene oxide coated microbeads |
초록 |
The molecular diagnosis which has high sensitivity and selectivity is used to detect microorganism, and it is essential to separate and purify target nucleic acids from the samples. The humic acids, one of natural organic matter, exist in the soil sample are well-known PCR inhibitor. In this reason, humic acids in the soil sample must be eliminated to detect pathogens in soil sample by PCR. ZnO can adsorb humic acids via electrostatic force and ligand exchange reactions. To increase stability of ZnO, GO was applied to synthesized of ZnO and it was confirmed by SEM. Synthesized ZnO/GO beads can be used to sample preparation for detect pathogens in the soil sample. |
