Formulation of Functional Graphene/Polymer Assemblies through Noncovalent Approach |
초록 |
Graphene has received intensive interests due to its fascinating electrical, thermal, optical, mechanical, and barrier properties which are originating from unique 2D π-conjugated structure. To endow graphene enough processability for practical applications, both solubilization and functionalization of graphene are necessary. In our researches, σ-π interaction is utilized instead of typical π-π interaction for the formulation of soluble graphene/polymer assemblies. The most critical advantage of σ-π approach is the fact that various non-aromatic polymers can be used because most aliphatic polymers have rich σ electrons in their backbone. In our research, various functional graphene/polymer assemblies are formulated through σ-π interaction, a kind of noncovalent interaction. |
