제목 Preparation of Highly Electroconductive Nanocomposites Filled with Conjugated EGs/CNTs
초록 In this work, the expanded graphites (EGs)/CNTs-filled HDPE nanocomposites were prepared in order to introduce electroconductivitiy. And the effect of different contents of each filler on the elecroconductivity was investigated. The mechanical strength and electric conductivity were evaluated by UTM and 4-probe method, respectively. As respected,the 0.5 wt.% of EGs/HDPE didn’t have good electric conductivity, and 2.0 wt.% of CNTs/HDPE showed 6.0×104 Ωcm. Meanwhile, it was greatly interesting to note that EGs (0.5 wt.%)/CNTs (2.0 wt.%)/HDPE showed 3.0×102 Ωcm. This result indicates that the conjugated filler systems can dramatically increase electric conductivity of the nanocomposites.
