제목 Stimuli-responsive nanoparticles and injectable gels based on poly(amino acid) with potential for anti-cancer drug delivery.
초록 Novel stimuli-responsive poly(amino acid)s were prepared and characterized with their self-aggregation behavior and in-situ gelling property responding to pH and/or temperature. A series of amphiphilic polyaspartamide derivatives with the combination of different amines including N-isopropylethylenediamine, 2-diisopropylaminoethylamine, ethanolamine, O-(2-aminoethyl)-O`-methylpolyethylene glycol (MPEG), or laurylamine were synthesized from polysuccinimide via successive nucleophilic ring-opening reaction. The composition of the prepared copolymers was analyzed by 1H-NMR. Stimuli-responsive nanoparticles and injectable gels based on these amphiphilic polyaspartamide derivatives containing cationic pendants have been investigated to identify materials as smart dual-responsive (temperature and pH) polymers and hydrogels potentially useful for biomedical applications including controlled & targeted drug delivery and tissue engineering.
