Biodegrable polymer and hydrogel materials is being increasingly applied in a variety of biomedical application including current encapsulation of durgs and cells. Poly(amino acid)s, which have protein-like linkages, are know to be biodegradable and have been investigated in various industial and biomedical application. In this study, new types of polyaspartamide derivative hydrogels on biodegradable poly(amino acid)s were prepared by crosslinking with diisocyanate compound in DMF. Preparation and properties of there novel polymers and their crosslinked gels with basic swelling behavior, depending on the different medium and pH-responsible beharior and the reversibility, the morphology by SEM. |
