The effect of carboxymethyl cellulose and Ulmus davidiana var. Japonica gel on ulcerous healing in STZ-induced diabetic rat |
초록 |
Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) was an anion soluble polymer derived from cellulose. Ulmus davidiana var. japonica (UD), the Japanese elm, was used for curing ulcer and inflammation. The pressure induced ulcer was a complication caused by diabetes mellitus. This study evaluated the effects of treatment of carboxymethyl cellulose and Ulmus davidiana var. Japonica gel (13%, 14%, and 15%) on ulcerous healing in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rat for 3 weeks. We were confirmed histological experiments of healing back skin by hematoxylin-eosin stain. |
