Synthesis and analysis of the butyrated GAP Copolyol from polyepichlorohydrin |
초록 |
Azide copolyol is the core material of urethane-based energetic thermoplastic elastomer applied to the production of eco-friendly propellants. New molecular design and synthesis studies of this material have been carried out. Unlike the conventional glycidyl azide polymer (GAP), butyrated glycidyl azide polymer copolyols were synthesized from polyepichlorohydrin (PECH) by controlling the ratio of azide group and butyl ester group. Through analytical methods, different viscosity and Tg data of these new glycidyl azide polymer copolyols have shown compared to the conventional GAP. |
