Multilayer Polymer Light Emitting Diodes Introduced by Interlayer based on Cross-linked Polymer |
초록 |
Recently, lots of efforts in conjugated polymers have demonstrated the versatility of organic semiconductors for many applications such as PLEDs and photovoltaics. In this field, the interfaces between electrode and emissive layers play very important roles determining the performance. We are suggesting to add another thin layer between PEDOT:PSS and emissive layer to prevent exciton diffusion into PEDOT:PSS and make better hole transporting to the emissive layer. To insert interlayer in polymer LEDs, oxetane group was introduced into the polymer backborn as side chain, which makes the polymer insoluble against the solvent for another spin casting process. We will be presenting a single cross-linked interlayer system. Additionally we will use another method for introducing interlayer, cross-linked blending networks consisting of TPD-Oxetane with a hole transporting polymer. These devices with/without each interlayer performance will be characterized with various device structures. |
