제목 Preparation of iron oxide nanoparticles stabilized by tri-block copolymer carrying poly(ethylene oxide)-based both pH- and glucose-sensitive group
초록 Water-soluble block copolymers exhibiting glucose-sensitive phase transition behavior from RAFT radical polymerization using of poly(ethylene oxide)-based RAFT agent and vinyl type monomer containing boronic acid group were synthesized in DMF at 80℃ for 48 hours. The resulting copolymer shows both glucose- and pH- sensitive phase transition behaviors. The resulting tri-block copolymers seem to exhibit both pH- and glucos-responsive phase transition behaviors. Preparation of magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles using the block copolymers was successfully carried out at room temperature. In this study, all the reaction conditions and characterization results will be discussed.
