제목 Rivoceranib-loaded PLGA microspheres as drug delivery system for inhibition of angiogenesis
초록 Rivoceranib is one of the oral targeting anti-cancer drugs for inhibiting the occurrence and growth of blood vessels that contribute to the proliferation of cancer cell. Mechanism of neovascularization is activated by Vascular endothelial growth factor-A ligand, rivoceranib inhibiting the phosphate of under signaling delivery factors attached to tyrosine kinase receptor in cell membrane. Herein, In this study, we obtained microspheres containing rivoceranib by formulating w/o single emulsion with various kind of PLGA (502H, 503H, 504H) that has good biodegradability. It provided way of delivering the drug to lesion tissue directly. And confirmed shape and size of particles through Scanning electron microscopy and mastersizer. Rivoceranib-PLGA microspheres showed sustain drug release profile relating kind of PLGA polymer. It can contribute to proper drug release in lesion tissue, without multiple injection.
