High-Performance Sensors Based on Organic Semiconductor Thin Film Functionalized with Synthetic Receptor Molecules |
초록 |
Organic field-effect transistor (OFET)-based devices have attracted great interest for chemical and biological sensing applications. In particular, amperometric biosensors have provided us with several important systems for targeted diagnosis and therapy. Here we report highly sensitive and selective OFET-based biosensors functionalized with receptor molecules that can selectively detect critical ions related to delivery of neural stimulation. Our approach opens up the possibilities for potential application of OFETs to biosensors with high sensitivity and selectivity. |
